中药大黄辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察大黄辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将62例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别予大黄加常规治疗和常规治疗,治疗后观察临床症状,比较治疗前后血、尿淀粉酶恢复时间,C反应蛋白恢复时间,比较治疗7天后IL-1、IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α水平,观察不良反应。结果两组的临床症状,血、尿淀粉酶恢复时间,平均住院时间,细胞因子水平明显降低,两组间比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在传统的药物治疗基础上加用大黄能明显改善重症急性胰腺炎的临床症状,缩短血、尿淀粉酶恢复时间,降低细胞因子。
