宫颈癌患者不良心理情绪及相关危险因素的分析

目的探讨导致宫颈癌患者产生相关不良情绪及危险因素。方法选择2013年5月至2014年5月我院收治的经病理检查已确诊为宫颈癌的患者102例,采用SCL-90、SAS和SDS对宫颈癌患者的不良心理情绪进行调查,统计宫颈癌患者不良情绪发病率及分布类型,分析引起宫颈癌患者不良心理情绪的相关危险因素。结果不良心理情绪发病率69.61%,患者主要出现焦虑、抑郁、孤独、恐惧、绝望、否认几种类型;应用多项Logistic主效应模型回归分析,婚姻状况、经济状况、活动状态、家庭关系均是患者产生相关不良情绪的危险因素。结论为减少或避免宫颈癌患者产生相关不良情绪,我们应加强对经济负担较重、家庭关系较差、单身和活动状态较差患者的心理干预。

Objective To investigate the risk factors which related to negative emotions of cervical cancer patients have.Method Selected 102 cases had been diagnosed by pathological examination of cervical cancer patients during from May 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital,used SCL-90,SAS and SDS to investigate adverse psychological and emotional of cervical cancer,counted the incidence of negative emotions and distribution of types of cervical cancer,analyzed the adverse psychological and emotions of cervical cancer risk factors.Results The incidence of adverse psychological mood 69.61%,Occurred mainly in patients with anxiety,depression,loneliness,fear,despair,denying several types of negative emotions; Patient education level,economic status,activity status,family relationships are the risk factors related to bad feelings generated.Conclusion For heavier economic burden,poor family relationships,poor single and active patients,we should strengthen psychological intervention.
