显微镜结合超声对上颌第1磨牙MB2治疗体会

Treatment Experience of Microscope with Ultrasonic for MB2 of the Maxillary First Molar

目的探讨在根管显微镜下应用超声器械对因上颌第1磨牙MB2遗漏导致根充失败患牙的治疗效果。方法 2年来收集69例根充失败的上颌第1磨牙病变患者应用显微镜结合超声寻找MB2,并重新充填。结果 69例患者成功发现42例,成功预备40例,2例根侧穿。未发现27例总有效率58%。结论根管显微镜结合超声的应用,提高了上颌第1磨牙MB2根管的发现率与治疗率,提高了患牙治愈率,取得了较好临床疗效。

Objective To explore the root canal microscope in application of ultrasonic instruments due to the maxillary first molar missing lead MB2 root canal filling teeth treatment effect.Methods 2 years to collect 69 cases of root canal of maxillary first molar in patients with failure of the application of microscope with ultrasonic for MB2,and re filling.Results 69 cases were successfully found in 42 cases,40 cases successful preparation,2 cases of root side wear.Not found in the 27 cases of the total efficiency of 58%.Conclusion The root canal microscope with ultrasonic applications,improve the maxillary first molar root canal found MB2 rate and treatment rate and improve the cure rate of the teeth,and achieved a good clinical efficacy.
