血液系统损害首诊系统性红斑狼疮的临床特点分析

Clinical Characteristics Analysis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus by Blood System Damage First Diagnosed

目的探讨以血液系统损害首诊的系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者的临床特点。方法通过回顾性分析2000年5月至2013年12月在我科以血液系统损害首诊并住院接受治疗的61例患者临床资料。结果以血液系统损害首诊的SLE患者起病隐匿,临床表现不突出,除血细胞减少外,其他器官损害以红斑、肾损伤、光过敏、脱发表现为主,血液系统损害中以血小板减少患者占发病多数,除了单纯血小板减少患者起病较急、病程较短外,其他患者就诊时病程相对较长;糖皮质激素治疗效果好。结论以血液系统损害首诊SLE患者早期诊断困难,容易误诊,早期确诊及早期治疗具有重要意义,对血细胞减少的青年女性患者要常规查抗核抗体谱。

Objective To explore the patients that just first diagnosed by blood damage system of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）clinical character.Methods Etrospective analysis the Clinical data of 61 cases with in our hospital from May 2000 to December 2013.Results The patients that just first diagnosed by blood damage system of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE） hides from illness,the clinical character isn＇t specialties,divid the blood cell reduced by SLE,the other organ＇s damages is erythema,kidney damage,the Nikko allergies,alopecia,thrombocyopenia is the blood damage system majority,it is in a short trip form illness,but other patients just gonna are relatively return,glucocorticoid cure all right.Conclusions The patients that just first diagnosed by blood damage system of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）isn＇t early diagnosis,gonna miss it,important significance early,early treatment have you been diagnosed with those patients,blood cell for general check up for the patient to take an nuclear antibody.
