摘要 目的利用脑电超慢涨落图(Encephal of Lutuograph Technology,ET)技术,在无创条件下检测老年性痴呆患者(Alzheimer's disease,AD)脑内神经递质改变情况。方法在齐齐哈尔城区选取经过临床确诊的老年痴呆患者(AD)19例作为病例组,按同社区、同性别、同年龄段(±3岁)、同文化程度做为匹配条件,选择健康对照19例,利用脑ET技术对病例组和对照组脑内神经递质水平进行检测,比较分析AD患者脑内神经递质变化的特点。结果病例组脑内S1(γ-氨基丁酸,GABA)、S2(谷氨酸,Glu)和S5(乙酰胆碱,Ach)比对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论脑内神经递质存在GABA、Glu、Ach降低的变化。 Objective To investigate the characteristic ofthe brain neurotransmitter changes in Alzheimer&#39;s disease.Methods 19 patients whowere clinically diagnosed AD were selected from the city proper of Qiqihar as the case group,19 healthy elderly of the same community,sex,age( ±3years) and the educational levelwere selected as the control group . Used the Encephal of lutuograph technology to testthe levels of brain neurotransmitter ,Compared and analyzed the characteristic of the brain neurotransmitter changes in Alzheimer 's disease.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of neurotransmitters including S1 (γ-GABA), S2 (Glu )and S5(Ach) in case group were significantly decreased (P〈0.05).Conclusions Thelevels of brain neurotransmitterslike γ-GABA, Glu and Ach decrease significantly in Alzheimer patients .
