摘要 目的:分析2009~2013年珠海市麻疹监测系统( Measles Surveillance System ,MSS)运转情况,为加强麻疹监测工作,消除麻疹提供依据。方法对2009~2013年珠海市疑似麻疹病例( Measles -1ike Illnesses,MLIs)进行描述性流行病学分析,对MSS运转指标进行评价。结果2009~2013年珠海市共报告MLIs 384例,其中191例为麻疹。2009~2013年排除麻疹病例报告发病率依次为0.94/10万、1.54/10万、3.01/10万、1.92/10万、3.99/10万。2009~2013年48小时内完整个案调查率依次为29.48%、83.33%、96.15%、100%、99.39%。2009~2013年散发疑似病例血标本采集率依次为25.64%、71.43%、89.80%、97.62%、96.20%。结论珠海市麻疹监测系统运转质量逐年提高,但地区间发展不平衡,需继续切实提高MSS运转质量。 Objective To strengthen the surveillance on measlesand provide the basis for measles elimination,we analyzedthe performance situation of Measles Surveillance System ( MSS) from 2009 to 2013in Zhuhai.Methods Measles -1ike Illnesses ( MLIs) in Zhuhai which were enrolled during the year 2009 to 2013were analyzed by using epidemiological descriptive method .And the MSS running indexes were evaluated . Results A total of 384 MLIs were reported in Zhuhai during 2009 and 2013,and 191 cases of the MLIs were measles.The incidenceof excluded measles cases were 0.94/100,000, 1.54/100,000, 3.01/100,000, 1.54/100,000, 3.99/100,000 in sequence from the year 2009 to 2013.The completerate of individual investigation within 48 hours were 29.48%, 83.33%, 96.15%, 100%and 96.15%respectively.The collectionrate of blood specimen from suspected cases were 25.64%, 71.43%, 89.80%, 97.62% and 89.80%.Conclusions The performance quality of MSS increasedyearly in Zhuhai , but the development is not equal in different regions .The running quality of MSS needed to be raised effectively .
