供应室细菌消毒中的细节护理应用分析

Analysis on specific nursing in the process of bacteria disinfection in supply room

目的分析细节护理在供应室细菌消毒中的作用效果,研究其应用价值。方法将我院在2011年2—12月对细菌消毒供应室进行一般护理与2012年1—10月在我院对细菌消毒供应室进行细节护理进行对比分析,以两组的护理质量(包装质量、供给及时度、收回及时度、服务态度)以及各科室护理人员的满意情况作为观察指标,分析细节护理在供应室细菌消毒中的作用效果,研究其应用价值。结果在消毒供应室护理质量方面,观察组的消毒供应室护理质量在包装质量、供给及时度、收回及时度、服务态度等方面均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;在消毒供应室护理满意度方面,观察组患者非常满意的有46名,满意的有53名,不满意的有1名,满意度为99%,对照组患者非常满意的有23名,满意的有56名,不满意的有21名,满意度为78%,观察组的满意度远远高于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论供应室细菌消毒实施细节消毒,在包装质量、供给及时度、收回及时度、服务态度等方面均取得较好的临床效果,有效的提高了护理的质量,值得临床上广泛的推广与应用。

Objective This article aimed to analyze the effect of the details nursing role in the process of bacteria disinfection in supply room , and study the application value .Methods We evaluated the effect of detail nursing in the process of bacteria disinfection by comparing the nursing quality of the two years （the year 2011and 2012, the indexes which were included in concern packaging quality , whether supply timely , whether take back in time, service attitude ） and the satisfaction of nursing staff in different department .Results In the aspect of nursing quality in disinfection supply room , observation group performance better in nursing quality in the packaging quality, supply timely,back in time and service attitude, the differences between the two years were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.In terms of satisfaction on nursing of supply room , in the year 2011, there were 46 patients were very satisfied in observation group , 53 patients were satisfied , 1 patient was not satisfied , satisfactory rate was 99%.When it came to the year 3012, 23 patients were very satisfied , 56 patients were satisfied, 21 patients were not satisfied , satisfactory rate was 78%, the difference of satisfaction degree of the two years was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）.Conclusions Implementation of details nursing in disinfection supply room could improve the quality of the nursing , worth clinical popularization and application .
