安宫牛黄丸灌肠对手足口病发热的疗效观察

Observation on Angongniuhuangwan lavation to heat of hand foot and mouth disease

目的：探讨安宫牛黄丸灌肠对手足口病发热的疗效观察。方法将本科室2014年3—6月份80例手足口发热患儿分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用灌肠方法（插入一次性导尿管16～20 cm），灌肠后保持1～2个小时，对照组（n＝40）采用口服给药法。结果实验组效率为92．5％，对照组有效率为80．25％。两种治疗的有效率均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论在患儿及家属的配合下，安宫牛黄丸灌肠对治疗手足口病发热可以有效地发挥疗效。

Objective Approach the research and observation of Angongniuhuangwan lavation to the heating of hand foot and mouth disease .Methods The children with fever in our department in March 2014-6 March 80 cases of HFMD were divided into experimental and control groups .Experimental （ n=40 ）： lavation （insert disposable catheter with 16 ~20cm）, keeping 1 ~2hours.Control （ n =40）： Oral.Results The efficiency of experimental was 92.5%, the control was 80.25%.The efficiency of the two treatments had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusions With the cooperation of the patients and their families , the Angongniuhuangwan lavation can effectively exert efficiency on the treatment of HFMD .
