摘要 目的研究建立等离子体发射光谱法测定血液中铝的检测方法。方法将样品置于离心管中,用5%硝酸稀释,经涡旋振荡器剧烈振摇,静置,通过离心机高速离心,以此对样品进行前处理后,取上清液,采用等离子体发射光谱法对待检测血液中的铝进行检测。结果该方法在0μg/L^100μg/L线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 8,最低检测限为4.0μg/L,回收率为90.0%~100.3%,相对标准偏差RSD<3.0%。结论本方法操作简便、快速,自动化程度高,使用试剂少,具有高效、灵敏、准确、干扰少、检测限低等特点,适用于实验室大批量血液样品中铝的测定。 Objective To establish a method for detecting blood aluminum by inductively coupled plasma- atomic emission spectrophotometry. Methods The samples were diluted by 5% nitric acid in the centrifuge tubes,and then the tubes was shaken vigorously with vortex,standing,and centrifuged with high- speed on the centrifuge. Finally the supernatant was determined by inductively coupled plasma- atomic emission spectrophotometry about blood aluminium. Results The method was with good linearity in the range of 0 μg / L- 100 μg / L,correlation coefficient was 0. 999 8,the minimum detection limit was4. 0 μg / L,the recovery rate was 90. 0%- 100. 3%,the relative standard deviation( RSD) was less than 3. 0%. Conclusion This method is simple and rapid in operation,and has advantages of highly automation,less detection reagents,efficiency,sensitivity,accuracy,less interference,low detection limit and suitable for detecting aluminum in large quantities of blood samples.
