2014年邢台市流行性感冒后期发热呼吸道症候群的病原学研究 被引量:4

Etiologic study on febrile respiratory syndrome during flu epidemic later period in Xingtai in 2014

摘要 目的了解2014年邢台市流感流行后期发热呼吸道症候群的病原谱构成情况,为临床诊断治疗和预防提供依据。方法采用多重PCR方法检测发热呼吸道症候群患者咽拭子标本中的12种病毒和6种细菌,并进行统计学分析。结果 148例发热呼吸道感染患者中相关病原体检测阳性65例(43.92%),包括病毒感染53例(35.81%),细菌感染26例(17.57%),混合感染14例(9.46%)。鼻病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒A和甲型流感病毒居病毒感染的前3位。流感嗜血杆菌、肺炎链球菌和肺炎支原体居细菌感染的前3位。病毒混合感染5例,病毒、细菌混合感染8例,细菌混合感染1例。0~岁组感染的病原种类最多,感染率也最高。结论 2014年邢台市流感流行后期发热呼吸道症候群感染以鼻病毒和呼吸道合胞病毒A、甲型流感病毒和流感嗜血杆菌为主,并伴有混合感染。 Objective To investigate the pathogen spectrum composition of febrile respiratory syndrome during flu epidemic later period in 2014 in Xingtai so as to provide basis for strategies of clinical diagnosis,treatment,and prevention. Methods Throat swab specimens were collected from patients with febrile respiratory syndrome. 12 viruses and 6 bacteria were detected by multiplex polymerase chain reaction( PCR) and the results were statistically analyzed. Results 65 patients associated with febrile respiratory syndrome pathogen were detected in 148 patients( 43. 92%),including 53 cases of viral infection( 35. 81%),26 cases of bacterial infection( 17. 57%) and 14 cases of co- infection( 9. 46%). HRV,RSV and Flu A were the top three febrile respiratory syndrome viruses. HI,SP and MP were the top three febrile respiratory syndrome bacteria. 5 cases were viral cases of co- infection,8 cases were viral / bacterial cases of co- infection and 1 case was viral / bacterial cases of co- infection.Not only the type of febrile respiratory syndrome pathogen was the most,but also the infection rate was the highest at the age of0-. Conclusion HRV,RSV,Flu A and HI are the major febrile respiratory syndrome pathogen during the flu epidemic later period in Xingtai in 2014,at the same time with co- infection.
