摘要
以江苏省淮安市某商业中心为研究对象,采用SATWE软件,对三种不同的地上楼盖方案进行了经济性比较,通过对多项因素的综合分析,指出该工程选择十字梁楼盖布置方式较为经济合理。
According to the comprehensive analysis of various factors,the paper takes some commercial center in Huai＇an of Jiangsu as the research object,adopts SATWE software to undertake the economic comparison for the three different ground floor schemes,and points out the cross beam layout method is more economic and reasonable.
