摘要
结合竣工检查的结算依据,阐述了利用BIM进行核对工程数量、查漏、单价核对等技术方法,说明了BIM在竣工结算阶段发挥的重要作用,指出BIM技术在实际工程中能为竣工结算提供详尽的数据,提高了工作效率。
Combining with engineering completion check settlement basis,the paper describes BOQ,leakage and single price checking techniques with BIM,and illustrates the important role of BIM in engineering completion settlement. In the end,it points out advantages of BIM techniques in actual engineering,such as providing detail data for engineering completion settlement,and improving working efficiency and so on.
