城市居民出行特征与公交发展对策研究——以山东费县为例

An Analysis on Resident Trip Characteristics and Policy of Public Transportation Development in Feixian County

基于费县城市居民出行情况抽样调查数据,分析了费县城市居民出行特征。研究结果表明:费县城区居民日平均出行次数较高;与其他城市相比,费县居民出行中步行、摩托车以及电动车出行方式比例较高,这种情况与费县城市规模不大以及公交系统不发达有关。出租三轮车承担了短距离公交及出租车的职能。常住居民上班、上学的出行构成出行总量的主体,流动人口以探亲访友和劳务活动为主体。针对居民出行特点,费县应强化公共交通地位,加强公共交通基础设施建设,实现公交运营一体化和统一管理,增强公交的吸引力,实现费县城市居民出行方式的合理优化。

Based on the sampling survey data,this paper analyzes the exclusive trip characteristics of Feixi,a county in Shandong province,as following：Firstly,the daily average trip times of residents living in the Feixian County urban area is higher than other counties.Secondly,the main trip approaches are walking,riding motorbikes and riding electronic bikes resulting from a moderate size of the county and undeveloped system of public transportation,thus sometimes tricycles play an important role in the short-distance transportation instead of buses and taxi.Lastly,the majority of trip members are commuters and floating population,such as visitors and migrant labors.According to these characteristics,some measures including the improvement of public transportation system and comprehensive management of divergent public transportation approaches are suggested by our paper to optimize the trip mode of Feixian County residents.
