电类专业高素质“应用型”人才培养新机制与实践教学体系研究

The Research of New Cultivation Mechanism and Practical Teaching System for High-quality Applied Talents Majored in Electricity

以国家级电工电子实验教学示范中心建设为契机,从培养机制和实践教学体系入手,对电类专业"应用型"人才的培养进行了深入研究和实践探索:构建了"以优化人才培养方案为主,以产学研结合和"三进一出"教育拓展为辅"(简称"一主两辅")的人才培养新机制,建立了多层次和多样化的实践教学体系。实践表明,新的人才培养机制和实践教学体系取得了显著成效,可以为高等院校"应用型"人才的培养提供借鉴。

By taking the opportunity of constructing the national electrotechnics and electronics experimental teaching demonstration center,starting from the cultivation mechanism and practical teaching system,the 'applied' talents training system for those students majored in electricity is studied thoroughly.A new talents cultivation system is established,in which the optimization of the talent training scheme is the main factor,univcrsity-industry-scientific research partnership education development is the auxiliary(referred to as ' the education mode of one main factir and two auxiliary factors').A multi-level and diversified practical teaching system is established.Results shows that the new cultivation mechanism and practical teaching system is effective,and it provides reference for the talent cultivation in others universities and colleges.
