摘要
目的:了解优质护理服务中护士自我评价与患者满意度情况,以便更好地提高医疗护理质量,实现优质护理服务。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷分别对兰州大学第一医院120名护士和240例住院患者进行调查,利用统计软件SPSS进行统计分析。结果:护理人员的自我评价(21个项目)与住院患者满意度评价(21个项目)均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务的开展,使护理人员综合素质整体提高,患者满意度提升,在一定程度上体现了优质护理服务活动实施后的有效性及必要性,但仍有小部分患者不够满意。故需继续加强对患者心理的关注,加强基础护理及生活护理的落实,给患者提供最优质的护理服务。
Objective: To investigate the self evaluation of nurses and the satisfaction rate of patients in the implementation of high quality nursing service in order to improve the quality of nursing service. Methods: The self- designed questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 120 nurses and 240 patients in the first hospital affiliated to Lanzhou university and the data were statistically processed by using software SPSS. Results: The self evaluation of nursing staff( 21 items) and evaluation of the inpatients' satisfaction rate( 21 items) were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Implementation of high quality nursing service has improved the overall quality of nursing staff and patient's satisfaction as well.
