摘要
目的:探讨开展品管圈在改善住院患者对护理工作满意度的作用。方法:科室成立品管圈小组,以"始于患者需求,终于患满意,提升患者对护理工作的满意度"为活动主题,通过查现状,明要因,定方案,设目标,拟对策,抓落实等步骤开展活动。结果:实施QCC活动后,患者对护理工作满意度明显优于实施前(P<0.01),圈员自我能力提升情况较实施前明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:开展QCC活动,促进了护理人员主动服务意识、团队凝聚力及护士综合能力的提升,有助于改善护理服务质量,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of quality control circle( QCC) on the improvement of inpatient's satisfaction with nursing service. Methods: We set up QCC team and launched activities taking the theme of"nursing care begins in the needs of patients and focus on patient's satisfaction all the time". Results: The satisfaction rate of the patients was significantly higher after implementation of QCC activities than that before its implementation( P〈0. 01); the self- enhancement ability of the team member improved significantly after implementation of QCC activities( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Launching QCC activities has promoted the consciousness of team members to serve patients actively and also enhance the team cohesion and nurses' comprehensive ability.
