手术室护士职业倦怠与心理韧性的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of job burnout and mental toughness of nurses working in operation room

目的:探讨手术室护士职业倦怠程度与心理韧性的相互关系,为护理管理者降低护士职业倦怠和提高心理韧性提供依据。方法:采用Maslach职业倦怠量表中文版、心理韧性量表中国版对105名手术室护士进行问卷调查,分析护士心理韧性现状及其与职业倦怠之间的关系。结果:本组手术室护士职业倦怠中情感枯竭、个人成就感得分为(26.14±6.46)分、(21.12±5.68)分,与Maslach常模(22.19±9.53)分、(36.54±7.34)分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);心理韧性的总均分为(2.98±0.82)分,属中等水平;随着年龄的增长,坚韧、力量、乐观呈上升趋势。结论:手术室护士职业倦怠与心理韧性之间有显著相关性,护理管理者应采取有效措施,降低护士职业倦怠感,提高心理韧性。

Objective： To explore the relationship between the degree of job burnout and mental toughness of nurses working in operation room in order to provide a basis for nursing managers to reduce their job burnout and improve mental toughness. Methods： The Maslach job burnout scale in Chinese version and mental toughness scale in Chinese version were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 105 nurses in operation room,analyzing the status of mental toughness of the nurses and the relationship between mental toughness and job burnout.Results： The scores of emotional exhaustion and sense of personal accomplishment in the job burnout were respectively 26. 14 ± 6. 46 points and 21. 12 ± 5. 68 points,and the differences were statistically significant compared with the scores（ 22. 19 ± 9. 53） and（ 36. 54 ± 7. 34）of norm（ P〈0. 01）; the total score of mental toughness of the nurses was 2. 98 ± 0. 82 points. Conclusion： The job burnout of the nurses is significantly correlated with mental toughness,therefore nursing managers should take effective measures to reduce their job burnout and improve mental toughness.
