食管癌经胸入路切除术50例手术室临床护理路径全期护理

Whole period nursing care of CNP for 50 patients undergoing transthoracic esophageal cancer resection in operation room

目的:探讨食管癌经胸入路切除术患者的手术室临床护理路径全期护理方法及效果。方法:将100例食管癌经胸入路切除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用手术室临床护理路径全期护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组手术相关并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于术前和对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对食管癌经胸入路外科术患者实施手术室临床护理路径全期护理,可有效减少并发症,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理质量。

Objective： To study the method and effect of whole period nursing care of clinical nursing path（ CNP） for patients undergoing transthoracic esophageal cancer resection in operation room. Methods： 100 patients who underwent esophageal cancer resection by transthoracic approach were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ 50 cases in each group）. The routine nursing model was used in the control group and the whole period nursing care of CNP in operation room was adopted in the observation group,the nursing effect were compared between the two groups. Results： The incidence of operation-related complications was lower in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the scores of SAS and SDS of the patients were lower after operation than those before operation in the observation group and lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the satisfaction rate of nursing care was higher in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The whole period nursing care of CNP in operation room for patients undergoing transthoracic esophageal cancer resection can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,relieve anxiety and depression of the patients and improve the quality of nursing care.
