摘要
目的:了解专科院校护理专业学生学习动机,为护理专业教育提供建议。方法:采用整群分层随机抽样,对某专科院校护理专业大一171名、大二148名护生进行学习动机调查,并进行分析。结果:护生学习动机评分为(3.76±0.606)分,学习动机6个维度均分由高到低为物质追求、小群体取向、社会取向、求知进取、个人成就、害怕失败。在年级方面,大一学习动机高于大二(P<0.01);第一志愿选择护理的学生学习动机强(P<0.05);成绩越好学习动机越强(P<0.05)。结论:专科护生学习动机处于中等水平。
Objective: To investigate the learning motivation of college nursing students in order to provide suggestions for nursing professional education. Methods: The cluster stratified random sampling survey was conducted to investigate the learning motivation of 171 freshmen and 148 sophomores and the data were analyzed. Results: The scores of the students' learning motivation were 3. 76 ± 0. 606 points and the scores of 6 learning motivation dimensions from high to low were pursuit of material,small group orientation,social orientation,knowledge seeking,personal achievements and fear of failure. The learning motivation of the first-year students was stronger that of the second-year students( P〈0. 01); the learning motivation was stronger in the students whose first choice was nursing specialty( P〈0. 05); the better the performance of the students was,the stronger the learning motivation of the students was( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The learning motivation of college nursing students is in the medium level.
