针对性护理在食管癌手术患者中的应用

Application of the targeted nursing care to patients undergoing esophageal cancer operation

目的:探讨针对性护理在食管癌手术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将60例行手术治疗的食管癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在此基础上给予针对性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术后7 d生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),两组术后自行排痰时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者术后吻合口狭窄、肺部感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理可提高食管癌手术患者的生活质量,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少并发症,促进康复。

Objective： To explore the application method and effect of the targeted nursing care in patients with esophageal cancer operation. Methods： 60 esophageal cancer patients treated with operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ 30 cases in each group）. The conventional nursing method was used in the control group; the targeted nursing care was additionally implemented in the observation group. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results： The score of life quality was higher in the observation group than the control group after operation for 7 days（ P〈0. 05）; the scores of HAMD and HAMA of the patients were lower in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the difference in the comparison of postoperative self-expectoration time was statistically significant between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; the incidence of postoperative anastomotic stenosis and pulmonary infection was lower in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Application of the targeted nursing care can improve the life quality,relieve anxiety and depression,reduce complication and promote the rehabilitation of patients with esophageal cancer operation.
