摘要 塔里木盆地碳酸盐岩储层具有压力敏感、安全密度窗口窄、易喷易漏、井控风险大等特点,自2012年下半年开始,水平井垂深大幅增加、水平段不断延长,模拟通井管柱在裸眼段摩阻较大(甚至光钻杆也很难通过),模拟完井管柱通井时间长,整体施工难度和风险大。针对"模拟通井时间长、管柱下入难"的问题,结合现场实际井况及完井工艺要求进行研究,使超深、超长水平井完井各个阶段的泥浆维护及处理技术方案标准化,建立了井深、水平段长及分段数与模拟通井管柱组合及次数的关系及通井规程,给出了水平井完井模拟通井原则,实现了模拟通井工序的标准化。 Carbonate reservoir in the Tarim basin has features of to be pressure sensitive,narrow window of safe density,easy blowout and leakage,high risk of well control. Since the second half of 2012,vertical depth in horizontal increase greatly,horizontal section of it extends,and friction of simulation drift stem in open-hole section is much big( the light drill pipe even can not pass through) to make time for drift of simulation completion string to be long,and difficulty and risk of the overall operation to be high. According to this problems,combined with the actual wells condition and well completion technology,requirement,maintenance and processing technology of slurry at each completion stage of ultra deep,long horizontal well is standardized,the relation of well depth,horizontal section length and segment number and simulation well pipe string combination and times and work-over procedures are established,the principle of well completion for horizontal well simulation is given,and standardization of simulation drift process is realized.
