独立学院应用型人才培养课程体系的构建

Construction of Curriculum System for Application-Oriented Talents in Independent Colleges

目前,国内各高校正在以教育部最新颁布的2012版本科专业目录为依据,全面修订各专业人才培养方案。在此背景下,探讨独立学院应用型人才培养课程体系的构建,具有特别重要的现实意义。以应用型人才培养目标为基础,独立学院应采用"平台+模块"课程体系结构,依据主动适应、错位发展、注重应用等6个原则构建课程体系。课程体系构建中应注重解决课程学时与结构比例、专业口径与课程设置、因材施教与个性发展等6个问题。

Currently the universities in China are revising the training plans for students in various majors according to the 2012 undergraduate program newly issued by the Department of Education. In this background it is of important significance to discuss the construction of curriculum system for application - oriented talents in independent colleges. Based on the aim of cultivating application - oriented talents, the independent colleges should adopt the structure of ＂platform plus models＂ in the curriculum system, and construct the curriculum system according to the six principles such as active adaptation, dislocation development, and emphasis on application etc. There are six problems to be settled with emphasis in the construction of curriculum system ： the hours of curriculum, proportion of the structure, specialty coverage, course setting, teaching students according to their nature ability, and personality development etc.
