Research on How to Improve the Level of the Party's Administration by Law

依法执政是中国共产党治国理政的基本方式,全面深化改革对党的依法执政提出了新要求。当前,必须牢固树立依法执政理念,深刻转变依法执政基本方式,努力提高依法执政能力,全面实现依法执政的目标,从整体上不断提高依法执政水平。

Administration by law is the basic method for the Communist Party of China （CPC） to manage state affairs. In order to deepen reform all around, new requirements have been raised on the level of the party＇ s administration by law. Currently we should set up firmly the ideal of administration by law, transform profoundly its basic method, strive to improve its ability, realize the comprehensive aims, and improve the overall level of administration by law continuously.
