预成纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果评价及安全性分析

The Clinical Effect Evaluation and Safety Analysis of Prefabricated Fiber Post in Mouth Rehabilitation

目的：探讨预成纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果评价及安全性分析。方法：对76例大面积前牙牙体缺损患者回顾性分析,行完善的根管治疗后,观察组采用预成纤维桩以全瓷冠或贵金属烤瓷全冠修复的方法,对照组采用传统的铸造金属桩核冠修复的方法,随访6~12个月,比较两组患者的治疗效果及安全性。结果：观察组疗效与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组仅1例发生桩核脱落,1例出现纤维桩折断,未出现根折现象,对照组有9例牙根折裂。结论：预成纤维桩在口腔修复中疗效显著,不易脱落,外形美观,有积极的临床意义。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic metal titanium clamp in the treatment of acute digestive tract bleeding.Method：160 patients were randomly selected from October 2011 to August 2014 for the treatment of acute digestive tract bleeding,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,80 cases in each group,the control group only was used endoscopic metal titanium clamp treatment,the observation group was taken endoscopic metal titanium clamp combined with submucous injection machine spraying Reptilase.Result：The rate of hemostasis,two secondary hemostasis rate and success rate had statistical significance between the two groups（P0.05）,the surgical operation rate,hemostatic invalid rate had no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Endoscopic metal titanium clamp and combination of submucosal injection and spraying Reptilase is the safety treatment for acute digestive tract bleeding,it is easy operation,less complications,is worthy of promotion and application.
