综合护理干预对重症监护室呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防效果探讨

The Prevention Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Intensive Care Unit of the Ventilator Associated Pneumonia

目的:探讨综合护理干预对重症监护室呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的预防效果。方法:将笔者所在医院重症监护室2014年1-9月收治的52例机械通气患者设为观察组,在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预,回顾性分析2013年1-9月实施常规护理的48例机械通气患者临床资料并将其设为对照组,比较两组患者机械通气时间、VAP发生率及VAP发生时间。结果:观察组机械通气时间较对照组显著短(P<0.01);VAP发生率为9.62%,较对照组的29.17%明显低(P<0.05);VAP发生时间较对照组显著延迟(P<0.01)。结论:对重症监护室机械通气患者实施综合护理干预,可有效缩短机械通气时间,降低呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率并延迟发生时间,从而改善预后,提高护理质量。

Objective： To study the prevention effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the intensive care unit ventilator associated pneumonia（VAP）.Method： 52 patients with mechanical ventilation in our hospital intensive care unit from January 2014 to September 2014 were selected as the observation group, they were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing implementation, 48 patients with mechanical ventilation were from January 2013 to September 2013 which were taken routine nursing were retrospective analysed and selected as the control group, the time of mechanical ventilation, the incidence of VAP and VAP occurrence time uf the two groups were compared.Result： The time of mechanical ventilation of the observation group was significantly shorter than that nf the control group（P〈0.01） ; the incidence of VAP was 9.62% in the observation group, it was significantly lower than 29.17% in the control grnup（P〈0.05）; YAP occurrence time was significanlly delay than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU can effectively shorten the time and reduce the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia and delay time, improveprugnosis, improve the quality of nursing.
