摘要
目的:运用"五常法"提升标本组管理质量。方法:以笔者所在医院40个临床病区为研究对象,运用"五常法",比较实施前后的服务满意率和差错发生率,观察管理效果。结果:实施前后满意率及差错率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五常法是有效提高管理质量的方法之一。
Objective:To explore the applied results of the five cardinal virtues method(5S) to improve the management in patient service centers specimen group.Method:The 5S were normally performed in 40 clinical wards in 2010,observed the effect of management and compared the service satisfaction rate and error rate before and after implement.Result:The clinical satisfaction rat and the error rate had statistical significance before and after implement(P0.05).Conclusion:The 5S is one of the effective ways to improve the quality of management in patient service centers specimen group.
