摘要
以某型号电磁失电制动器为例,给出设计这种电磁失电制动器的设计思路,并绘出整个电磁制动器的设计流程,同时在设计中运用Ansys-Workbench软件仿真模拟电磁制动器的温升,根据温升模拟结果完成了电磁方案的设计,最后利用Ansys-Maxwell电磁仿真软件建立该型号电磁失电制动器的二维有限元仿真模型,分析其在二维稳态磁场中的电磁性能,根据仿真分析的结果和原理样机的性能试验验证了该设计思路与设计流程的正确性。
This paper focused on a type of electromagnetic loss brake,and introduced its design solution and process. The temperature rising of the electromagnetic brake was also simulated by using thermodynamic simulation of Ansys. Based on the simulation of temperature rising,the design of electromagnetic scheme was completed. The two-dimensional finite element simulation model of the brake was also established by using Ansys-Maxwell. The electromagnetic properties of the brake were studied in the two-dimensional steady magnetic field. According to the simulation results and performance test of the principle prototype,the correctness of the design solution and process was verified.
