摘要
针对直径小于10mm的微电机转子生产线检测需求,提出了一种改进的基于脉冲测试的转子绕组检测方法。首先对转子绕组结构进行分析,在此基础上研究了脉冲测试法的工作原理并进行了改进,然后在Matlab平台上对该方法原理进行了仿真验证,并研制基于TMS320F28335核心处理器的转子检测系统,最后在该系统上对转子进行了绕组故障检测实验。实验结果表明,基于该方法的系统能够快速、准确检测出转子绕组之间是否存在匝间短路并确定其短路程度,匝短程度分辨率可达4%,该系统可以满足实际生产线中的检测要求。
According to the production line testing requirements of the micro-motor rotor which is less than10 mm in diameter,an improved rotor detection method based on the pulse test method was presented for the rotor fault detection through analyzing the working principle of pulse method,then conducted simulations on the Matlab platform with the method. Moreover,the rotor detection system based on the F28335 core processor was designed to detect rotors. The result shows that the method can quickly and accurately detect the presence of inter-turn short circuit and determine the degree of short circuit. The degree of detection is up to5% level,which meets the actual production testing requirement.
