摘要
目的：探讨耳鼻喉科优质护理服务的开展方法和应用效果。方法选取2012年10月～2013年10月五官科、耳鼻喉科收治的患者100例作为观察组并予以优质护理服务进行研究，并从2011年8月～2012年8月本院耳鼻喉科收治的患者中随机选择100例设为对照组，实施常规护理，总结耳鼻喉科优质护理服务的开展方法及具体的应用效果。结果观察组的护理质量显著优于对照组；观察组患者满意98例，显著高于对照组82例，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论开展耳鼻喉科优质护理服务可以获得较好的应用效果。
Objective To explore the method and application effect of the department of ENT,the high quality nursing service. Methods Selected ENT 100 patients admitted to study methods to carry out summary ENT quality care and specific application effect. Results The quality of nursing of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing care in Department of ENT can obtain better application effect.
