作业效果评价与分析

摘要 目的在当前高等教育中,作业环节在巩固学习知识,控制教学质量方面起着举足轻重的作用,但同时也面临着学生抄袭情况严重,教师批改工作量过大等问题,为此,各种作业方式应运而生,五花八门,但如何评价各种方式的优劣性,目前却缺乏有效的评价策略。方法本研究设计了一种作业效果评价模型,为科学评价并使用合适的作业方式提供参考。模型采用层次分析法将教学效果分为客观和主观两方面,建立判断矩阵,构建评价模型,其中客观数据来自考试成绩,主观数据来自调查问卷。通过在教学过程中实践3种不同的作业策略,并采集数据,经统计学原理软件(SPSS)评价3种常用的作业策略,分析优劣,找出合适的作业方式。结果根据判断矩阵,综合客观主观因素,可知三种策略之间有统计学差异(P<0.1)。结论通过本评价机制得出结论,小组模式策略优于传统模式和随堂考试模式,可以在教学过程中推广使用。 Objective In present higher education, homework plays a key role in the aspects of knowledge confirmation and teaching quality control. However, it also faces serious plagiarism, heavy correcting workload and other issues at the same time. Therefore, kinds of homework methods with merits and demerits emerged. But a effective homework evaluation system is absent for a long time. Methods A model was designed to analyze and evaluate the homework’s effect, which providing a reference of appropriate selection.AHP was adopted in the model design, and teaching effect was divided into objective aspect and subjective aspect. The judgment matrix was also established in constructing the evaluation model. The objective data was gained from the final scores, while the subjective data was from questionnaire. Through the practice of collecting data in the teaching process, the principle of statistics was adopted based on SPSS to evaluate and analysis 3 kinds of homework strategy to find a suitable one. Results Based on the judgment matrix, composite data were obtained. Statistical difference(P〈0.1)exist among the strategies. Conclusion Though the evaluation, team mode is better than the other two modes, which worth expanding in teaching.
