摘要
为研究风力发电机组底盘、轴承座、偏航轴承齿轮等主要承力部件的故障特性,分析机组在使用中暴露出的问题,如底盘局部危险区域附近的刚度变化过大,在极端载荷或者循环载荷作用下导致了极限破坏、疲劳破坏或者组合的形式的破坏,发现了机组主要承力部件可能存在的安全隐患。
The fault feature of main bearing parts were studies,such as wind turbine chassis,bearing,yaw bearing gear. The analysis of the problems was exposed in use of process,such as the excessive chassis local stiffness change of dangerous region. Under the extreme load or cyclic loading that led to limit damage,fatigue damage or combinatorial damage,the possible safety concerns to the main bearing components was found.
