腐殖土填料对藻浆厌氧发酵的影响

摘要 设计了腐殖土填料藻浆厌氧发酵肥效反应器,进行为期8个月的臭味去除试验研究。动态对比试验结果表明,藻浆上浮比75%,发酵温度20℃,p H 6.5~7.5条件下,腐殖土填料可提高藻浆厌氧发酵的速率,其藻浆厌氧发酵所需时间可缩短5 d,厌氧发酵至10 d即可腐熟;在不降低藻浆厌氧发酵肥效的前提下,腐殖土填料对藻浆厌氧发酵臭味去除能力十分显著,腐熟阶段的臭味去除率超过76%;温度变化对腐殖土填料的臭味去除能力有一定的影响,当温度从30℃降至15℃时,腐殖土填料对藻泥滤后液体的臭味去除率从74.92%升至77.45%。综上,腐殖土填料因其具有显著地提升藻浆厌氧发酵速率和臭味去除能力,从而促进藻浆厌氧发酵作为有机肥推广应用的可行性。 Humus soil reactor was designed to treat algae paste,and the trial removal of TON lasted8 months. The results indicate that humus soil had significant effect on anaerobic fermentation speed under the conditions of floating ratio 75%,temperature 20 ℃ and p H 6. 5 ~ 7. 5. When humus soil was inoculated into reactor,anaerobic fermentation duration was shortened from 15 d to 10 d. With high fertilizer effectiveness,TON removal rate of anaerobic fermentation in humus soil reactor was over 76%. Temperature had effect on TON removal rate of anaerobic fermentation. TON removal rate of anaerobic fermentation was enhanced from 74. 92% to 77. 45% when temperature was reduced from 30 ℃ to 15 ℃. In conclusion,the feasibility of using algae paste anaerobic fermentation as organic fertilizer was greatly improved as humus soil has significant effect on anaerobic fermentation speed and TON removal rate of anaerobic fermentation.
