药肥处理对老参地土壤微生物区系及化学性质的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Pesticide-Fertilizer on Soil Microbial Population and Physicochemical Properties in Panax ginseng Continuous Cropping Soil

摘要 采用棉隆和多菌灵结合拌施有机肥处理技术对老参地进行改造,研究了药肥处理对老参地土壤微生物区系及化学性质的影响。结果表明:老参地经过棉隆和多菌灵拌肥处理后,土壤中真菌数量分别下降24%和27%,细菌数量分别增加15.09%和24.52%,放线菌数量分别增加8.84%和31.54%;土壤p H分别提高4.18%和7.57%,有机质含量分别增加5.09%和5.72%,速效氮含量分别增加28.36%和3.67%,速效磷含量分别增加51.13%和16.87%。通径分析结果表明,药肥处理主要通过增加老参地土壤中速效磷含量来降低土壤中真菌数量,通过增加有机质含量来增加细菌及放线菌数量。综上,药肥处理可以改善老参地的土壤微生物区系及土壤化学性质,从而可能减轻人参轮作障碍的发生。 In this experiment,Dazomet and Carbendazim combined with organic fertilizer treatment were used to reform Panax ginseng continuous cropping soil. The effects of pesticide-fertilizer on soil microbial population and physicochemical properties in Pananx ginseng continuous cropping soil were discussed. The results showed that the quantity of soil fungi fell by 24% and 27% respectively,the quantity of bacteria increased by 15. 09% and 24. 52% respectively,and the quantity of actinomycetes increased by 8. 84% and 31. 54%. The value of p H increased by 4. 18% and 7. 57% respectively,the content of organic matter increased by 5. 09% and 5. 72%,the content of available nitrogen increased by 28. 36% and 3. 67% respectively,and the content of available phosphorus increased by 51. 13% and 16. 87% respectively after pesticide-fertilizer was reformed in soil. Path analysis results showed that the pesticide-fertilizer treatment reduced the quantity of fungi through the increase of available phosphorus content,and increased the content of organic matter in soil through the increase of bacteria and actinomycetes content. In conclusion,the pesticide-fertilizer treatment could improve microbial population and physicochemical properties,which could reduce the occurrence of ginseng rotation disorder.
