WS/T107-2006配套试剂盒在尿碘实验室的推广应用探讨 被引量:9

摘要 目的尿碘实验室采用WS/T 107-2006配套试剂盒测定尿碘,并与标准方法WS/T107-2006的测定结果比对,探讨检测方法的灵敏度、准确度与精密度,验证此配套试剂盒在尿碘实验室中的适用性。方法参照尿中碘的砷铈催化分光光度测定方法(WS/T 107-2006),使用配套试剂盒检测。结果该法的检出限为2.4μg/L,标准曲线线性相关系数r=-0.999 9;分别对碘含量为73.0μg/L和206.0μg/L的尿碘标准物质进行6次平行测定,测定值都在标准值的不确定度范围内,相对标准偏差分别为4.4%和2.2%;该法加标回收率为95.8%-99.2%;抽取20份采集尿样与标准方法对比测定,结果差异无统计学意义(t=0.771 3,P〉0.05)。结论尿碘实验室可应用WS/T 107-2006配套试剂盒测定尿碘,该方法操作简单快捷、结果准确,适合尿碘实验室推广使用,但检测时需要注意试剂盒批次间的差异。 Objective WS/T 107-2006 test kit was taken to measure urinary iodine at urine iodine lab and the results were compared with standard method, so as to discuss the sensitivity, accuracy and precision of the test kit method, and testify the usability of the test kit at urine iodine labs. Methods The test kit was taken to measure urinary iodine according to standard method(WS/T 107-2006). Results The minimal detection limit of the test kit method was 2.4 μg/L, while the linear correlation coefficient was-0.999 9. Two different iodine standard samples(73.0 μg/L, 206.0 μg/L) were repeated for 6 times,and the determination values were within the range of the standard value, and RSD were 4.4% and 2.2%. Recovery coefficient of this method was 95.8% to 99.2%. Twenty urine samples were tested with the test kit method and compared with the standard method. The experiment showed that there was no statistical difference between the determination of the test kit method and standard method(t=0.771 3, P〉0.05). Conclusions WS/T 107-2006 test kit is simple, fast, and accurate for detecting urinary iodine. It's suitable for application at urine iodine labs. And much attention should be paid to the differences in various lots.
