乌鲁木齐市沙依巴克区医疗机构消毒质量监测分析

Surveillance and analysis of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Shayibake District of Urumqi

目的了解乌鲁木齐市沙依巴克区医疗机构消毒工作质量现状,提高乌鲁木齐市沙依巴克区医疗机构管理水平,预防和控制医院内感染。方法采用现场和实验室检测方法,对乌鲁木齐市沙依巴克区各级医疗机构的室内空气、紫外灯辐照强度、压力蒸汽灭菌器、库存和使用中消毒剂、中度危险性医疗器材、低度危险性医疗器材、物体表面、医务人员手卫生等进行了采样和监测。结果共监测900份,消毒与灭菌质量总合格率为88.8%,一级医院的消毒质量好于个体诊所,合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.893 5,P<0.05);各监测对象中,室内空气合格率为62.2%、紫外灯辐照强度合格率99.3%、压力蒸汽灭菌器效果监测合格率91.9%、消毒液合格率89.4%、中度危险性医疗器材合格率88.2%、低度危险性医疗器材合格率89.6%、物体表面合格率100.0%、医务人员手卫生合格率98.1%。结论乌鲁木齐市沙依巴克区医疗机构室内空气合格率偏低,一级医院、社区服务站消毒质量好于个体诊所,个体诊所消毒与灭菌质量有待进一步提高。

Objective To know situation of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Sayibake District of Urumqi, in order to improve management level in the medical institutions and prevent and control hospital infection. Methods Field and laboratory test methods were taken to collect samples of indoor air, intensity of ultraviolet lamp, pressure steam sterilizer,disinfectants in use and storage, medical equipment of moderate and low risk, surface of objects and hands of medical staff in medical institutions and carry out surveillance. Results Totally 900 samples were surveyed with total qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization of 88.8%. Out of the monitoring objects, the qualified rate was 62.2% of the indoor air, 99.3% of the intensity of ultraviolet lamp, 89.3% of the disinfectants in use and storage, 88.2% and 89.6% of the medical equipment of moderate and low risk, 100.0% of the object surface and 98.1% of the staff hands. Conclusions The qualified rate of indoor air is low and the disinfection quality is better in community service station and hospitals of the first class than in individual clinics in Shayibake District of Urumqi. The quality of disinfection and sterilization in individual clinic should be further improved.
