浅海海域大直径PHC管桩施工裂缝分析及处理方法

Analysis and Treatment Method of Shallow Sea Large-diameter PHC Pipe Pile Construction Crack

在浅海PHC管桩施工中,经常造成管桩裂缝缺陷,由于处于海域环境,会给工程造成危害并留有隐患。本文结合渤海浅海海域某工程大直径PHC管桩打桩施工过程,分析了大直径PHC管桩出现竖向裂缝的机理,提出了整改建议,并给出了修补裂缝的措施。

Pipe pile crack defects can be frequently caused in shallow sea PHC pipe pile construction. The project can suffer from danger and hidden danger can be left since the project is located in marine environment. In the paper,largediameter PHC pipe pile driving construction process in one project of Bohai shallow sea waters is combined for analyzing mechanism of vertical cracks on large-diameter PHC pipe piles,corrective recommendations are proposed,and measures to repair cracks are given.
