摘要
目的探讨问题案例与教师标准化病人(TSP)整合教学模式在内科护理临床见习前教学中的应用效果。方法在护理本科学生上完《内科护理学》理论课准备临床见习前,安排了一次问题案例与TSP整合教学模式的课堂教学课,课后及该批学生临床见习完毕后分别对学生及带习教师进行问卷调查。结果 88.51%的学生对此种教学模式持肯定态度;96.88%的教师认为该批学生临床见习适应能力有一定提高。结论临床见习前采用问题案例与TSP整合教学模式教学可为临床真实情境中的见习打下一定基础,可加快学生对临床见习课的适应。
Objective To explore the effect of the integration of case study and TSP(teachers as standardized patients, TSP) method before the clinical practice in Medical Nursing. Method The integration of case study and TSP method was applied in the class before the students began the clinical practice. Surveys were separately conducted after the final class and at the end of clinical practice. Result The method was approved by 88.51% students. The adaption ability of students in clinical practice was improved in 96.88% teachers. Conclusion The integration of case study and TSP is helpful for the students to adapt to the real clinical practice. It can speed up the students to adapt to clinical practice class.
