摘要
血液病学因涉及基础医学、骨髓细胞形态学等较多内容而成为医学本科生难以掌握的临床课程之一。问题链教学法是以问题串的形式、教师为主导、学生为主体的一种发展性教学方式。在血液病教学中首次引入"问题链教学法",充分调动学生学习的兴趣、主动性、积极性和创新意识,注重培养他们的思维、协作及表达的能力,获得较好的教学效果。本文以白血病为例介绍问题链教学法应用于血液病教学的具体过程,并对其效果及存在的不足进行评价和分析。
Hematology is one of clinical courses difficult to master for medical undergraduates, because involving basic medicine,cell morphology of bone marrow and many other content. Problem-Link learning(PL) is one of the developmental teaching methods with problem-string/chain form, the teacher as the guide, students as the active participation. We first carried out PL and fully arouse the students' interest, initiative, enthusiasm and creativity in hematology learning; pay attention to the cultivation of their thinking,collaboration and expression ability. PL was successfully finished and got a better teaching effect. Here we introduce and evaluated the application, efficacy and deficiencies of PL in leukemia teaching.
