原子吸收法测定葡萄酒中铅、镉、铜 被引量:5

Measurement of Pb, Cd, and Cu in wines by atomic absorption spectrophotometry

摘要 目的 分析葡萄酒中金属元素的水平.方法 以3大国产品牌(张裕、王朝、长城)的26种葡萄酒为样品,经微波消解后,采用原子吸收光谱法测量了其中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)3种重金属元素的量.结果 对于所测元素,标准曲线的相关系数均为r> 0.999 5,Pb的检测限为0.006mg/L,Cd的检测限为0.029μg/L,Cu的检测限为0.014 mg/L,各元素RSD均在0~9%之间,加样回收率91.78%~109.8%.26种葡萄酒中Pb、Cd、Cu 3种元素的平均质量浓度分别为35.357μg/L、3.974 μg/L、0.684 mg/L.结论 该方法快速准确、灵敏度高,操作简单,分析速度快,为这3种元素在葡萄酒中的含量测定提供参考.26种葡萄酒样品中3种重金属元素的量均未超标. Objective People all know that drinking wine has benefit for our health. With the frequent food safety incidents the quality and safety of wine have attracted a lot of attention. The levels of metal elements in wine can affect the body's immune function, metabolism, and so on. Methods This paper collected 26 kinds of China wine from three local brands including Zhang Yu, Dynasty, and Great Wall wines. A method for the determination of heavy metal (Pb, Cd, and Cu) in them by atomic absorption spectrometers (AAS) with microwave digestion was developed. Results For all of the analyzed elements, the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was over 0.9995. The detection limit of lead was 0.006 mg/L, the detection limit of copper was 0.014 mg/L and the detection limit of cadmium was 0.029 μg/L. The precision RSD was in the range of 0--9%. The recovery rate of detected elements was between 91.78% and 109.8%. Conclusion The analytical method is quick-acquired, accurate, and highly sensitive. The content of the three kinds of heavy metal elements in all wine samples do not exceed the standard, which guarantees the quality and the character of wine.
