摘要
赤泥是一种具有污染性且产量巨大的废弃物,实验以广西平果铝厂的拜耳法赤泥为主要原料,加入一定量的添加剂Na2Si O3·9H2O、Ca O、碳粉等,将赤泥制成球状并进行焙烧处理。采用XRD分析方法对所得样品进行物相分析,研究了赤泥除氟剂的吸附时间、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、溶液p H值对除氟性能的影响。结果表明:采用焙烧温度700℃、焙烧时间1 h条件下活化的赤泥除氟剂,溶液中氟离子的浓度可从19 mg/L下降到0.37 mg/L,吸附容量达到0.47 mg/g,氟去除率达98%,同时受制备条件及p H值的影响很大。
Red mud is a kind of contamination and a yield enormous waste in alumina pro- duction. The fluoride removal agents had been prepared with Bayer red mud from Pingguo Alumi- num Plants as the main raw material by adding a certain amount of additives, such as Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O、CaO,carbon powder ets.. The phase of the samples had been analyzed by XRD. And the fluoride removal performances of red mud adsorbent had been studied, too. Several influencing fac- tors of the fluoride removal performance have been researched, such as the adsorption time, calcina- tions temperature, calcinations time, pH value, and so on. The results showed that the concentra- tion of fluorine ion could decrease from 19 mg/L to 0.37 mg/L in the condition of the calcination temperature 700 ℃ and calcination time 1 h. The adsorption capacity could reach 0.47 mg/g and fluorine removal rate could reach 98%. At the same time, the fluoride removal performances were affected by the preparation conditions and pH value greatly.
