摘要
目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者后扣带回磁共振波谱变化特点。方法选取临床疑诊为AD患者15例及相匹配的正常对照者15例,均行头颅常规MRI扫描及后扣带回的单体素PRESS MRS检查,采用SPSS软件包进行数据处理。结果与正常对照组相比,AD患者组后扣带回NAA/Cr、NAA/m I分别为1.79±0.22、1.53±0.16,均较对照组减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AD患者组后扣带回m I/Cr为1.25±0.17,较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AD患者组后扣带回Cho/Cr为0.75±0.09,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.371)。结论后扣带回NAA/Cr和NAA/m I比值降低,以及m I/Cr比值升高,对在分子影像水平早期诊断AD有一定的价值,可为临床对AD患者实施早期干预治疗提供影像学依据。
Objective To investigate the metabolic changes in posterior cingulate cortex (PCC) in patients with Alzheimer's disease. Methods Twenty patients with AD, together with twenty matched healthy controls, went through routine head MRI and the posterior cingulate gyrus single voxel PRESS ^1H-MRS exams. An SPSS software package were used to process the data. Results Compared with normal group, the ratio of NAA/Cr and NAA/mI were 1.79 ± 0.22 and 1.53 ± 0.16 respectively, significantly lower in AD patients(P 〈 0.05 ), and the ratio of mI/Cr was 1.25 ± 0.17, significantly higher in posterior cingulated gyrus in AD patients(P 〈 0.05 ), while the ratio of Cho/Cr was 0.75 ± 0.09, not significantly higher (P = 0.371 ) in AD patients. Conclusion The ratio of NAA/Cr and NAA/mI decreased, and the ratio of mI/Cr increased in posterior cingulated gyrus can supply the evidence for imaging diagnosis of early AD patients.
