输电线路通道树木隐患点预警平台的研发 被引量:9

摘要 为了提高输电线路通道树木隐患维护工作的效率,提升信息化管理水平,研发了输电线路通道树木隐患点预警平台。预警平台采用基于统计学自主开发的数学模型获取树木生长高度,采用数据库的逻辑计算模式进行隐患等级自动识别划分,并自动发送预警信息,预警信息可显示树障的种类、安全距离、隐患等级等关键数据。实际应用证明,预警平台提供了便利的树障信息获取途径,能够有效指导输电线路运维人员开展线路通道树障清理工作,保障了输电线路安全稳定运行。 In order to improve the efficiency of maintenance work of potential trouble of trees under transmission line corridor and the information management level,the early warning platform of potential trouble points of trees under transmission line corridor is developed.The platform uses the independent developed mathematic model based on statistics to obtain heights of trees,and uses the logic calculation mode of database to identify and classify automatically the potential trouble level and sends automatically early warning information which shows key data including the kind of trouble trees,the security distance and the potential trouble level and so on.Actual applications prove that the early warning platform provides convenient way to obtain information of trouble trees,which can guide effectively operation and maintenance personnel of transmission line to clean trouble trees under transmission line and guarantee the secure and stable operation of transmission lines.
