摘要
针对电力企业在IT系统及资产管理中存在的问题,提出了基于ITIL子流程的IT服务管理系统,规范IT系统电子化移交工作。阐述IT系统电子化移交主要涉及的请求管理、配置管理、变更管理、发布管理、投退运管理、移交管理等流程。通过基于ITIL子流程的IT服务管理系统,可对IT系统及相关资产电子化移交工作进行管控,并加强对上传系统文档内容的规范,有效地管理IT系统及相关资产电子化移交的内容。基于ITIL子流程的IT服务管理系统实现了对信息系统全生命周期的有效管理。
Aiming at problems in IT system and asset management in electric power enterprise,the IT service management system based on ITIL sub process is proposed to standardize the IT system electronic handover work.Processes of request management,configuration management,change management,release management,running management and transfer management and so on which involved in the IT system electronic handover are described.By using the ITIL sub process based IT service management system,the IT system and electronic handover work of associated asset can be managed and controlled,the standardization of document content uploaded to system can be strengthened,and the IT system and electronic handover contents of associated asset can be managed effectively.The ITIL sub process based IT service management system realizes the effective management of whole life cycle of information system.
