Leakage Treatment of Concrete Single Tube Chimney and horizontal Gas Pass in 670 MW Unit

为解决合山发电有限公司670 MW机组烟囱和水平烟道出现的渗漏问题,通过分析得出渗漏的主要原因,提出了防渗改造方案并制定了详细的施工方案。实际渗漏处理结果表明,改造完成后的一段时间内烟囱和水平烟道未出现渗漏,防渗目标基本实现,所提出的改造方案可为出现同类问题的电厂提供参考。

In order to solve leakage problems of chimney and horizontal gas pass of 670 MW unit in Heshan power generation Co.,Ltd.,main reasons of the leakage are obtained by analysis,anti-leakage modification scheme is proposed and construction scheme in detail is made.Actual results of leakage treatment show that the leakage of chimney and horizontal gas pass has not appeared again in a period of time.The target of anti-leakage is basically realized.The proposed modification scheme can provide reference for similar problem appeared in power plant.
