Actual Ef ects of Ideological and Political Education in the New Period——from the Perspective of the Relationship between Teachers and Students in Higher Vocational Institutes

新时期高职院校师生之间所处的社会环境,所担当的角色都发生了新的变化,思想政治教育呈现出一定的复杂性。提高思想政治教育的实效性是当前高职院校思想政治教育迫切需要解决的关键问题之一。为使思想政治教育工作取得实效,从师生关系视角分析,师生需平等交流,构建合作型师生关系,并多管齐下,创新思想政治教育实效性的途径。

The ideological and political education in higher vocational institutes is getting complicated for the social environment for teachers and students alike as well as the roles played by each party is taking on new changes. Therefore, how to improve the actual effect is a big issue calling for an urgent solution for the time being. To that end, we need to search for an effective approach by means of studying the relationship between teachers and students, establishing a communication channel on an equal basis and constructing a new co-operative relationship between the two.
