On Training Chinese Teachers in Vocational Education

培养适合职教的语文师资是解决当前职教语文课程困境的根本措施,关键在于服务职教的师范院校中文系人才培养思路的革新。培养合格职教语文师资的内在基础是中文系的师资培养者树立正确的职业教育观念,增加被培养对象对职业教育的理解;外在的改革则是适时调整课程,合理地运用职教的教学方式,加强语文技能和教学技能的培养。在此基础上,确保形成符合职教师资能力要求的实训机制。

To overcome the predicament of Chinese curriculum, it is essential to foster the Chinese teachers＇ ability suitable for vocational education, the premise of which is to reform the thinking of fostering the qualified graduates. On one hand, it is internally necessary to form the correct vocational education ideas and increase their understanding of the vocational education. On the other hand, it is the externally necessary to adjust the Chinese curriculum and strengthen the students＇ technical ability and the teaching skills by applying the teaching methods of vocational education. Finally, we must make sure that the practice mechanism suitable for the particular purpose is formed.
