摘要
随着时代的发展,社会的进步,人们的消费观念发生了巨大的变化,传统的百货零售业正面临着其他业态带来的冲击。为顺应时代发展的潮流,百货零售业需要改变商业模式以适应消费市场的变化。消费者的消费行为改变是影响传统百货零售业商业模式变异的主要因素,对消费者在百货公司消费行为、消费态度、消费频率等方面的研究数据表明,百货公司应该实施全渠道经营、品牌创新等策略来重塑对消费者的吸引力。
With the development of society and the advent of the information age, there is a huge conceptual shift in consumption. The traditional department stores are facing the impact of other formats, therefore, the department stores need to change business model to adapt to the consumer market. The research data of consumer behavior, consumer attitudes and consumption frequency indicate that department stores should adopt a full channel management and a brand innovation strategy to be attractive to consumers again.
