释“巴子肉”

Explaining“Bazi Meat ”

"巴子肉"在《金瓶梅词话》中出现过两次。目前学界对"巴子肉"的释义有四种:一是蚆子肉;二是女阴的隐语;三是风干或晒干的肉;四是腊肉。这些释义都不切合文意。从文意理解、词义构成、构词理据、历史文献以及方言词"把子肉"旁证等方面来看,词话中的"巴子肉"应该理解为"肉片"。

Ba Zi Meat appeared two times in Jin Ping Mei. At present, there are four kinds of different interpretations of Ba Zi Meat： the first is 蚆子 meat; the second is the argot of vulva; the third is the dried meat; the fourth is the bacon. These definitions are not accorded with it. According to the literal comprehension, the construction of meaning, word motivation, historical documents and circumstantial evidence of dialect words 把子 Meat, Ba Zi Meat should be understood as ＂ sliced meat ＂.
