摘要
通过降低涤纶预取向丝(POY)纺丝速度,研究降速前后涤纶预取向丝(POY)和涤纶低弹丝(DTY)微观结构的变化,并测试降速前后POY和DTY的性能,分析材料微观结构对性能的影响。结果表明:从3320m/min降到3170m/min即降速150m/min后POY和DTY结晶度略微增加,取向度明显减小,沸水收缩率减小,力学性能变化不大,条干更加均匀。降低POY的纺丝速度可以改善DTY的品质。
In this paper,micro-structure changes of POY and DTY were studied before and after reducing polyester POY spinning speed.POY and DTY properties were tested before and after speed reduction.The effects of micro-structure on material properties were also analyzed.The results show that when polyester POY spinning speed decreases from 3320m/min to 3170m/min,crystallinity degree of POY and DTY increases slightly;the degree of orientation decreases significantly;the shrinkage in the boiling waster declines;the mechanical properties changes a little;the yarn evenness improves.DTY quality can boost through reducing POY spinning speed.
