摘要
蛹虫草色素具有培养周期短、成本低等优势,可应用于蛋白质纤维织物的染色。将其应用于真丝织物的染色中,研究了染色温度、染浴pH值、元明粉用量及染色时间对染色效果的影响。结果表明：蛹虫草色素对真丝织物的较优染色工艺为：温度70℃、pH=6-7、元明粉30g/L、时间60min,经蛹虫草色素染色的真丝织物可以获得很好的亮黄色,皂洗色牢度和摩擦色牢度均在3级以上,满足服用要求。
Cordyceps militaris pigment has such advantages as short cultivation cycle and low cost.It can be applied to dye protein fiber fabrics.This paper applied it to dye silk fabrics and studied effects of dyeing temperature,pH value of dye bath,dosage of anhydrous sodium sulphate and dyeing time on dyeing effect.The results show that the optimum conditions for dyeing silk fabrics with cordyceps militaris are as follows：temperature 70℃,pH=6-7,anhydrous sodium sulphate 30g/L and time 60 min.silks fabrics dyed by cordyceps militaris can gain good luminous yellow.Besides,washing color fastness and rubbing fastness reach at least Level 3,which meets requirements.
